(embarrassed groan) -Marge

Because Futurama only half-heartily pretends not to have a sliding timeline. For one thing the characters don't really age, at least not physically.

I stopped playing before South Park told me to.

I have a feeling that could have happened too.

I did not know there was a second comic crossover arc. I need to check that out.

But both crossovers definitely had the "guest" characters depicted differently than they are in their home shows, animation-wise. The Futurama universe honestly looked higher-budget in the cable seasons.

Instead of going into a Simpsons comic, they go into the TV show?

I have a feeling Matt Groening would have fought against this if Futurama did better on Fox.

I have. To me it's the much better Simpsons/Futurama crossover, reeking less of lazy desperation than the TV version. But that's not to say I didn't find the TV version funny.

They only play, like, four songs.

And they have apparently reunited.

I would have just made her "speak" with meme captions, like in this video.

He's only Homsar as Strong Bad as a creepy old man.

Last decadeā€¦that sounds so strange.

Turns out this is longest Homestar Runner cartoon yet, at seven minutes and forty-eight seconds.

It was mostly amazing to me when I was a teenager. I now have other websites that I enjoy more, such as RedLetterMedia.

Wrong Matt show too.

WHAT MORE DO THEY WANT?!?!

Always click near the Poopsmith.

To me it's basically the same feel as the late 2000s, right before the hiatus. For better or worse, more fast-paced and unpredictable, if you consider references and lolrandom "unpredictable".
