Frank Angones was clearly excited to work on another show with Keith Ferguson as a villain, and god bless him for that.

It was part of the reason he was written out of OG DuckTales, other than Disney not wanting to overexpose its core characters.

Just putting this out there: at first I read this as Deadpool.

And the movie wasn't entirely a PowerPoint presentation either. There were parts that were less about global warming and more about humanizing Gore and his cause.

I think he got his OutKast members mixed up.

They already released this… in 1986. Complete with both characters from the show and slumming Hollywood talent!

That brings new meaning to "fuck you and the horse you rode on".

In a recent interview they talked about the possibility of passing the torch to a new musician/cartoonist duo, but didn't go into much detail beyond that.

They already have a LEGO Star Wars show airing, and definitely not nearly 50 completed episodes of a "comedy" cartoon George had made right before selling. (Sorry for bringing it up.)

It's weird to me how SMG suddenly went from being the true successor to 64, to just one of those fixed perspective obstacle course games. Makes me wonder what exactly makes a game "open world" anyway.

I'm So disappointed I immediately thought of a Lonely Island flop.

Nah, Nick just can't jumpstart new IPs. There was a comic book recently mind you, which was the most logical way to do a revival.

Kind of ironic how this is only tagged "The Simpsons (Classic)".

And it's the topping most people will agree with, if only by necessary

It feels weird to nitpick this at this particular moment, but it is a pet peeve of mine. Steve never actually left SpongeBob; he just took on a more executive consultant role, and has always retained an EP credit. If he's indeed become more hands-on again in recent years, I wouldn't have realized only by watching

It's sad how the Amblin/WBA characters haven't really shown up in original animation since Wakko’s Wish. Yet at the same time, it's probably for the best.

That guy talked as if he "understood" the Muppets better than most, since he worked on a few late Henson-era projects. Yet apparently BBT was still more of a priority for him. A bit of a mixed message he sent out there.

They tried to "humanize" them, which I appreciate more in attempt than execution.

He says he would include TV stuff if the planets were to aligne, but it looks like they won't for the forseable future. Separate contracts and scheduling issues and all that.

I wish Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping did better, so the comments section would be filled with "‪Justin Bieber or Conner4Real" posts.
