Word meanings change based on use so I think this is a fight you’re going to lose. I suspect we will see it split so it retains its mathematical meaning but comes to be a near-synonym for “unexpected” in general conversation.

The Roman Polanski joke was great.
I haven’t watched the show, but the clip above was brilliant. “We know who Mel is blaming” was just one of the knives he put into MB’s side. Truly truly not getting the bile in this article, unless the rest of the show was 100% different from this clip.
Wasn’t it obvious that Ricky thinks Mel is a complete ass and he delighted in being able to express that to his face. Especially with the Shalom tag at the end of the show.
Wait...what? Gervais a) isn’t racist b) has a VERY dry sense of humour c) almost certainly thinks Mel’s a racist arsehole.
Not really getting where the hate for Gervais is coming from. To me he remains a great example of the comedian who always punches up and never punches down.
This looks like a glamourous trashbag. Like, she’s completely 100% rocking it, but it literally looks like a shiny Glad Bag.
I say yes to Jennifer Lawrence and no to Amy Schumer. I don’t like that neckline.
i think she’s the winner for me.
“Blue Crush” star Kate Bosworth. They really let anyone go these award shows.
Natalie Dormer is pretty much perfect but almost everything about that dress is bad and wrong.
Her body is FIRE. and her hair and makeup are actually perfect.
The cast of Absolutely Fabulous was banned from drinking after the partying got “out of control.”
I hate Sean penn’s stupid fucking face.
Slightly off-topic (I mean I’d love to say I’m totally in for this but... realistically...) but I’ve always really rooted for Sophia Bush’s success in life. Without totally knowing why.
Eh? That’s kind of a broad stroke. I’m a millennial and it makes me nostalgic AF. Granted, I’m 30 so a little closer to the generational divide, but still.
^^ This ^^ needs a question mark at the end.
i always liked fitz and olivia even after he was terrible (i quit scandal though) ummm sometimes i watch ‘the royals’ and i like the princess and the guy that blackmails her to fuck him. i cant think of more off the top of my head but if the actors have good chemistry i dont care if the characters are awful/terrible…
Ooooo unreal was great! Is it weird that I still like Rachel and the British bachelor as a pairing even after he left her? I thought they had great chemistry. I hate her dumb ex boyfriend.
Ugh. They destroyed everything they set up. An example from the first 5 minutes was Stanford and Anthony getting married. It’s like they made a good point in the series when Carrie and Charlotte set them up for a date that it’s kind of homophobic to think that just because 2 men are gay that they would get along or…
