I hope this brings about a rational discussion on why we need to separate athletics from college athletics. We all know damn well that even if LSU got shafted horribly in all of this, the boosters would have the money to make sure that LSU football team would play, even if the university itself went down in flames.

I’ve seen pretty much the same thing on Gawker media, so maybe he works here.

I would be down with this if it was like European Soccer. There are ads on the jerseys but commercials are pretty much non-existent during the game. I know that’s a pipe dream because the NBA would figure some way to sneak in more commercials and even more ads on jerseys. Shoot, I bet you that they’ll find a way to

Even Wilson knew that it was Spalding or bust.

Because then they would be admitting that they fucked up.

So can the NCAA review this call and overturn it? I mean from what I understand they can’t overturn calls in football but it is at all different for basketball?

In all honesty, St. Louis got what they deserved. You stole a team from LA and then that team pulled the same crap on you that they pulled on LA the first time.

I miss the days when ESPN was like TSN is now. I hope FS1 is able to force ESPN to compete. I’m tired of ESPN’s monopoly.

Why? Cam Newton sure as hell didn’t get beat by Peyton. He got beat by black athletes like Ware, Miller, etc.

Still better than that creepy Mountain Dew commercial with that monkey, dog, baby abomination.

The thing that has been affirmed to me is that people don’t like to hear things that don’t validate their beliefs. I made the mistake of finally calling someone out on their bs about this exact thing. No matter what evidence I brought forth, they always found some thing to defend their viewpoint even if that evidence

Just a little pet peeve of mine but speed doesn’t kill(unless you are talking about the drug). It’s the change in force that kills you, otherwise moving at all would kill you. On a more serious note, might jumps in regions like the southeast correlate with population increase in those areas?

Dang it Kobe. You’re in there to lose games not to try and win them. We need a top 3 pick. The 76ers don’t need anymore top draft picks to ruin.
