That’s the exact issue that happens to me when switching driving between the US and the UK. If there’s other traffic on the road it’s never an issue because you have a point of reference.

The mpg definitely takes a hit, especially in town!  What are the fuel prices in Sweden like these days?  In the UK, currently paying about €1.68 per litre for Shell V-Power which makes it about €90 to fill mine up.

This was also my very first car and I have so many fond memories of it. As a first car those bumpers were the best, basically made of rubber! You could bounce right off things. Certainly not fastest, but it sure got my 17 year old self around without complaint.
