You’ve gotta wonder who was running the numbers when they decided to endorse the least popular major party presidential candidate in 30 years.

I’m also curious whether their odd statement that Trump has “never been elected to public safety” was unintentionally congruous with their error-riddled official statement, or if they actually meant that.

I wish I was in the strange fantasy income bracket where buying a $50,000 shell for a 911 was somehow feasible but a Singer was beyond the pale.

Yeah that’s just mind boggling to me. Seems the only person who’d buy a “real” Cobra is somebody who would never drive it. You buy a fake one for cheap and the only person who’d look down on you is somebody who never drives their car.

Oh c’mon that thing ended at the worst possible time.

You’re right. It looks like I wrote that last sentence in exactly the right way where it could have two different meanings, both of which were coincidentally set up by the entire post preceding it.

Well shit this was a really good answer.

Something you can adjust without even looking at it isn’t the same as a modern smartphone text. The better allegory is all the shit you can do on a badly designed nav screen.

No people to operate them? It’ll never work. Last time I checked tractors needed two things to run: diesel fuel and delectable human hands.

Well that was an intense read

Can’t tell if you legitimately didn’t get his joke or not.

Oh ok I’ll tell my back how light that engine block was that messed it up.

I never knew that me precariously balancing a 50lb Volvo 240 driver’s seat on a cracked Titan wheel and a piece of cardboard for three years as my office chair qualified as a project, but now I do.

Yeah all I care about here is that they ruined an E34 that has the hood I need. I can’t find one in a JY anywhere then Mythbusters drops a perfectly good one from a fucking helicopter to demonstrate the principle of jack shit.

Daimler Double Six of some kind.

Sculpted carboobs are great, but I can’t wait until they bring back carborne bowsprits and sails.

You mean like a VW Beetle from 70 years ago?

I lean pretty far left but I think it’s absurd how much theory is being thrown around about how idealistic the work totem pole “should be.” But that’s the internet for you, where our reactive, theoretical world design is a perfect utopia of everything-being-rightness.

How could you possibly know what “proper” maintenance is based off of that guy’s one post? He didn’t mention anything about driving conditions, speeds, habits, or anything about the car at all. He literally didn’t even say what the vehicle was.

I’m just going on personal experience here.
