Yeah their moderation is lacking a lot of places. Like people mass reporting something and getting a user banned because of it when it isnt any of the things they say and those same people are doing it and none of their accounts get banned or even taken down when you report them. There is a HUGE skew in its

I dont I wish they would leverage the flexibility they have with smaller motors and such to create some really interesting designs that allowed for more function. Work on more structural safety upfront and push the drivers cabin forward to have a vehicle with the same weight and interior space as a tradition SUV but

Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 1500 - 5600lbs

The most fun I have ever had in the snow was in my ‘91 VW fox and my ‘81 VW caddy.

Now I know this is going to shock you. But if you normally drive 350-400 miles without stopping and do this enough that having to add an addition 20 minutes to your stop is just too much time to handle. Then EV’s are probably not for you.

Well sorted out examples, and ones that are 85% restored or better, are going for about this price. They were creeping up before Covid. They have  Even project cars are going for 8-9K

Yeah a lot of this is reminding me of William Castle and “Macabre” where you he would have you fill out a $1000 policy from Loyds before you could enter the theater and “nurses” were posted up and down the isles. Or Kroger Babb and his film Mon and Dad where he would stage people being carried out of the theater and

Also I have always loved this...

Yeah from what I understand reading their website they use as much aluminum and carbon fiber possible to keep the weight down.

March... FUCKING MARCH. JESUS FUCKING CHRIST. I am going to have to once again sit in the office with my psychiatrist and call pharmacies within 600 miles of me and find out what they have availible so my doctor can write me a prescription for that. Which means I am going to have to go in once a month to do this which

563 lbs dry weight. Every video I have seen reviewing a bike from Arch they say the vibrations are minimal.

It is a bespoke motorcycle. You cant just go buy one in a dealership. you contact the company to order the motorcycle and you choose the “aesthetic” of the bike and they bring you in for a fitting to make sure the ride is perfect to you. Then they hand build the thing. This is the difference between buying a $3000

Yeah there are equally nice examples with the furnace cook range and even a convection microwave that are selling under 20K. there was one recently sold for 35K and it was meticulously restored and was a 4x4 with everything mentioned above.

Who gives a fuck this is Texas government problem not the Federal Government.

According to other pilots who were familiar with the airplane and/or had flown it, to change the fuel selector a pilot had to: 1) Remove his hand from the right side control stick if he was hand flying the aircraft; 2) Release the shoulder harness; 3) Turn his upper body 90 degrees to the left to reach the handle;

most of the 85B in hardware was there to supply Afghan military. Everything else we left there because transporting it back to the US would be more costly and dangerous than just replacing it and was EoL anyways was rendered inoperable. But you scream that bullshit. you do you boo.

Yes that too. But I think he would have been fine if the fuel tank switch was inbetween his legs where it was supposed to be. He wouldnt have been reaching around behind to try to switch the fuel over to the full tank and his knee wouldnt have hit the control stick and thrown the place out of control.

I cam to say this but I was going to suggest a Model A. Still hilariously primitive compared to anything even 60 years ago. And a frame of reference to educate how far we have come with automobile development.

No... Dont fly Experimental aircraft whose builder strayed from the plans and put the fuel tank switch in an inaccessible place for the pilot to reach in case of emergency.

I came to say this. Expensive does not equal luxury. And of all the Teslas I have ridden in, zero struck me a luxurious. Honestly they reminded me of a blackberry 7290. Sparse and functional but all of the tech it represented made the material quality irrelevant.
