It seems unlikely a 13 year old would have a firm enough grasp on an industry to know, with confidence, that she had to be a man to make it (especially since such assumption is false).

It’s weird how much we’re all focusing on the “sports outlets are more likely to hire male writers” aspect and not so much on the “sports outlets are more likely to hire wirters that aren’t in middle school” aspect.

I honestly believe Kershaw’s humility plays a not insignificant role in #TheNarrative. He’s so driven yet soft spoken he’ll just quietly accept any criticism as legitimate and reason for him to try to be better.
