Exactly this. Unfortunate neither of the Episodes for GTA IV or Undead Nightmare sold very well. Meanwhile GTA Online and it’s freemium model seems to be doing quite well for them.

I do not think it is fair to compare a game that was released on Windows, Xbox 360 (7 years old) and PS3 (6 years old) with its sequel that launched on Xbox One / 360 in the launch window as Fallout 4, Call of Duty, Starcraft II, and Halo 5.
