agreed. and thanks buddy! from a CA motorcyclist we appreciate that drivers for the most part are very conscientious of moto's.. it's rare i see a car driver pull an asshat / sudden lane change that would be dangerous to a lanesplitter. drivers here are really pretty good..

why not? what does the weight of the bike have to do with its ability to thread through traffic? i see guys on 700lb GS's and Hardley Ableto's do it effectively every day. clearly you're not a motorcyclist. this is like when men have opinions about abortion. i've threaded through traffic countless times on a 400lb

lost me at 'dubai'

hm. how is it i have a 1/2 dozen friends with new vw's and not 1 problem among them common denominator might not be the car... ;-) my bro in law was just tboned in his '13 gti with wife and baby in the car [airbags all went off] which had about 15k miles. all walked away with nary a scratch and are now in a 14 gti.

nah. ive owned several vag cars well into the 200k's and there are whole forums full of guys like me. they hold up great. yea minor glitches and they like preventative maintenance but the only car i've had that blew a motor was an 03 wrx with 100k [threw a rod]. my feeling is that popular opinion is colored by the

i can not like this enough. quad tips on a 4cyl = phale.

in short, yes. the big cars use a torsen center diff which is mechanical and progressive and a bit nicer to drive on track. the haldex's were always a bit switchy since it's essentially fwd that switches the rears on when front slip is detected. at least the early versions were, the last couple gen's [tts, etc] are

damping. not dampening, or to make wetter.

quad exhaust on a 4 cyl is always teh phale.

sadly, the best are ones we've likely never seen. i have friends locally [san francisco] that maintain / prep vintage racecars and i've heard tales of local private garages that would rival any of these. the guys that rent sonoma raceway for a day so their buddies can beat up on a few of their multi million $ cars.

because the marks arent going to line up EXACTLY

only 4x4 van in the us? really? chevy/ford/dodge all stopped making 4x4 vans?

yup spotted around SF a few weeks ago

its not recyclable at all is it? begs the question of what happens to all the old bike frames and f1 tubs?

ya we're all really impressed with your.. uhm.. impact resistance?

do the back seats at least fold down?

whaaaaaat?! wtf happened to you in your life that you fail to see how well written and funny these are? some of the best moto journalism to come out of 'murica.

yup

that would get the same gas mileage [~19], be far less reliable, wouldn't carry or tow as much and wouldn't be as good in the snow [haldex based awd vs full time 4wd] as say, a 4runner.

man talk about rose tinted glasses.. you guys are all forgetting that while the AR was maybe the coolest wagon ever, it was also possibly the least reliable car ever built [i've owned 9 audi's]. the c5 chassis as much as was wonderful when worked right, never worked right. not made any better by failure prone air
