It is honestly hard to get a good feel for that because you are limited to two titans with very VERY limited perks / loadouts. The timer did seem longer, but I was getting 2-3 Titans per Bounty Match.

I think a lot of it has to do with the community surrounding the streamer / gamer. Most users pay to subscribe for emote access / better chat functions and most users donate to submit questions to interact with the streamer.

Agreed. Aside from McCree and Zenyatta (who were also buffed) she was picked by BOTH teams last weekend in the Gosugamers tournament every game. It seems those 3 with a combination of Reinhardt, Winston, Zarya, Genji, Reaper, Mercy and Lucio are the standard in competitive.

Her ult is that ability she put on Reinhardt in the trailer. It increases damage, mobility and survivability.

The Duchess actually had a fling with Dandelion before the games take place. Geralt cannot have them all.
