On a related subject....when did “alright” become one word? I was always taught to write “all right.” Did that short-lived ABC series have that much of an effect on grammar?

What is it with DC shows and the spouses leaving early?
I don’t think you have to worry about Sue leaving...
I’m much more interested in Republic of Sarah than I am in a Kung-Fu reboot, personally. The former has been bouncing around Hollywood for years and I never thought I’d see it.
Well, I’ve noticed if you give a villain humanizing characteristics, some people will accuse you of glamorizing whatever it is they’re doing, and encouraging that sort of behavior. It seems a lot of critics these days, especially on sites like this, are looking for an excuse to condemn a show, and they’ll take…
I’m the first to post here, and I came to talk about Batwoman instead....
That’s probably as much as we’ll ever learn about Villanelle’s origins. At least, if the showrunners are smart, that’s as much as we’ll learn.
No, he is not.
Everyone who had an NES remembers Skate or Die. Because every kid had it, and were stuck pretending it was good, because they bought it off the title alone. Just like “Bart Vs. The Space Mutants.”
Montages are often my favorite part of movies, especially when they pick a real banger of a tune. Sometimes I’ll load up a movie just to skip right to the montage. Done right, they should feel like a party.

There’s technically still a Deadspin, somehow.
To my knowledge, they’ve never gone away....they weren’t new to the 90s, even though they made more books then. The original book will turn 100 years old in 2024. Those kids will always be around.
So among the 487,329 people AV Club has on its enemies list, they’ve added Ferris Bueller? Good luck taking HIM down. Many have tried, all have failed.
Lately, it’s been Tetris 99. It can be maddening if you play it for TOO long, but there’s something about challenging that many people at once that makes you forget everything else in the world. Plus, since the matches are so short, you can pick up the game at any time. Extra-long commercial break? Tetris 99.
She can perform well if given the right material. She was on the last couple seasons of New Girl and was great there.
So all webcomics have to be extremely vertical now with one panel per row, because no one wants to turn their phone horizontally? I can’t say I didn’t see this coming, but I’m still disappointed in you all.
Seriously, is there a gallery of Pike and Stine covers somewhere? I would lose an hour in such a place....
