After the way GG ended under bootleg showrunners, it needed a better ending badly, and with ASP back at the wheel it seemed like we’d get it. But every fault and annoyance from the Rosenthal season was not only still there in the miniseries, it was made worse.

Disenchantment does get good in its back half. Unfortunately just as it’s getting good the season ends (since it’s just ten episodes). My advice is to wait until Season 2 is added this summer.
