AV Club won’t stop it with the recap dumps, so they must be (ugh) pulling in better numbers. Which one of you traitors has been reading them? Not a click has come from me.

They bothered Kaze once (when he released a Mario 64 sequel) but they’ve otherwise left him alone since. He’s made about twenty different Mario 64 mods since then.

I still haven’t seen Die Hard. Every time Andy makes a reference to it on B99, I don’t understand the joke. This was the week I vowed to change that.

I’ve noticed a lot of New Yorkers write for GMG, and a lot of them write completely within that bubble. To outsiders, it feels extremely petty for someone to complain that Amazon.com is the only place they can get a diaper from. In fact, I can’t think of a reason why that would be the case. She hires a repairman, who tells her she just had a channel blocked, and then charges her $300 for the service. Grandma skips taking her medication for the next month to come up with the money.

“Even” Rocket League? Rocket League is one of the worst offenders for this, since you’ve gotta constantly spin in circles to get a good view of the action. I can only play that game on my Switch in handheld mode with the camera view tilted overhead.

Oh, this is a pain I know all too well. The thing is that it doesn’t happen with every game — a Zelda game has never made me sick, for example. Mario games are a roll of the dice — Sunshine was fine, but Mario 64 nauseates me in minutes. I thought Portal would sicken me for sure, but neither of those games did. I…

Now it would just spawn a political thread about which characters in the series aren’t PC enough for someone’s standards. I miss the fun crowd.
