@Flail: Couldn't agree with this more. It's rare that anyone can stick to a diet that they hate. Plus eating better should be a gradual process. People have to learn to like good foods while weaning themselves off of bad ones.

@Whitson Gordon: It really is time for me to finally get a treadmill...
@ericesque: Oh great idea. I can definitely see how getting dressed for the occasion would encourage you to do something that you don't necessarily want to.
Nice article. What I really took from it, though, is that I'd really like to eat all the stuff in those pictures.
I would love to see more tips for piggybacking one habit to another. I think that would probably be the most effective method for me. Maybe commenters will chime in with a few more of those??? (please!)
@Chuckvant: You can uninstall it or clear out the data using Android's application manager. Then, the next time you press the home key, it will ask you which launcher you'd like to use and allow you to set a new default.
LauncherPro used to work great for me, but lately it's been failing constantly. The author has been busy rewriting the app from scratch, apparently, to perfect it. I think I'll give this launcher a try in the meantime!
@mrm: The default is British, but you can set it to American by clicking the box in the top-right.
Simple as this tip is, it just made my life a whole lot easier.
This guide is fantastic, thank you! It definitely gave me a few tips that I hadn't learned of yet. Hopefully this will help get my Droid performing like it used to.
I would like something less bulky than Evernote. I'll give this a try!
I can only express my opinion of the beta right now, but if they are at all the same, increased performance alone is enough of a reason to upgrade.
@egoods: I can't live without InsomniaX on my macbook. I wish it were still being updated though :\
It sounds like an entire study found that willpower is exactly what it is defined to be...
Oh this is great. I could use some extra space!
@プッチ: Not just you. I've never succeeded at this one either.
The beta for Office for Mac 2011 is amazing. Word, in particular, is the best it has ever been. I'm looking forward to the official release.
I think the "free magnet" tip is actually suggesting that you pop out the controller buttons and gluing your own preexisting magnets to them to create nifty fridge magnets.
@Oranges w/ Cheese has 2 cats! ahahaha.: They do, but they way I'm reading this, the service will require that you pay for a number of GB that you are allowed to sync between your computer and your pre-existing google storage.
@OMG! British Dinosaur!: I'd like to see some smaller storage sizes as well. I'd be far more likely to pay a few bucks a month for 15GB than $10 for 50GB. I just don't need that much space right now.
