Steve is the mole, but who is the REAL mole? I would say the PM's assistant. Her acting is better than Benjamin Bratt's, which gave him away as the mole in the very first episode. But because her acting is better, she's the real mole.

My theory is that Abu Nazir planned on making two terrorists. Brody is the real threat. Tom is the one to take the heat and suspicion off of Brody, so he can get into place. Once the CIA catches Tom Walker, they'll think the threat is over.
