That is true. Not all trans* people take hormones (I’m trans and I don’t take T). I don’t know if there will ever be an absolutely perfect solution.

It’s fairly typical to plead not guilty at your first arraignment. Afterwords, your defense attorney begins negotiating a plea agreement with the prosecutors. If they come to an agreement, he’ll plead guilty at a re-arraignment.
