That’s incorrect. It blew up on Steam before the controversy. You guys just didn’t have an article about that because it wouldn’t have brought in enough views.

Agreed. The visuals and concept were nice, but I just wasn’t willing to give all my time going around aimlessly to find out what I was supposed to do.
I feel like Rise in VR would make me spew lmao.
You mean like the official Resident Evil 4 VR game on Oculus?
I agree, I love the backpaddles, and I thought Sony actually did a great move releasing them separate for standard PS4 controllers. It became my go to PC controller for that reason. Hope they do the same for the PS5 controller at some point.
After the week I spent with the Elite 2, I can very easily live without it. Much preferred the regular Series S/X controller. It’s just not worth that kind of money for me.
I agree. Shadow had to be my least favourite with Rise being my favourite.
I never said I expected him to like the games, don’t put words in peoples mouths. What I do expect, whether you like them or not, is to understand and respect that the games overall were well reviewed and well liked by the gaming community. You don’t need to like the games to know that there was lots of quality games…
I mean no, it didn’t, as that’s only a fraction of the great games that came out this year, and not including indie games.
I mean no, it really hasn’t.
I mean good. Take the time you need to make sure it isn’t as forgettable and messy as XV.
Agreed. I bought one, and found it was garbage and far from worth the price. The PS4 had it right having the backpaddles as an addon. The elite controller just wasn’t as responsive or comfortable as the standard Series S/X controller was for me. Returned it after a week.
I think we're all mature enough to brush it off.
I mean, I get you’re trying to make things seem worse than they are, but the “whore foods” “plaque” is actually a book in the killhouse training area created to represent a hostile environment. You make it sound like it’s a book in the swat preparation room, when that’s far from the truth.
Except it isn’t a simulator. It never claimed to be.
It’s definitely not more shooty. I’ve sunk countless hours into the SWAT games, and already have 20 hours in this one. There’s more than enough less lethal weapons currently, with more likely to be added in the future. It’s focus is still very much on going slow and working with your team to breach and clear rooms. In…
I get that this is a sensitive topic in America, but the entire point of the game is to defuse and deal with these situations. They aren’t supposed to be comfortable, or heartwarming. SWAT 4 had some very dark scenarios, and this is the spiritual successor to that, and I’m fulling expecting to be put into some very…
Always makes me think of the Konosuba S2 intro.
It’s just meh overall. The demo had me excited, but the gameplay doesn’t feel as responsive as it should for the type of game it is, and the massive difficulty spikes every time you’d fight humans just got too annoying for me to spend any more than the 10 or 15 hours i spent playing.
