Yeah that was pretty clumsy. They could have at least had someone at the bar making a crack about the kid being an errand boy for a dope like Doyle.  Then he could have started talking him up and mention what he did to Manny, which would have nicely mirrored Mickey's earlier confrontation.

I don't find it hard to believe. Jimmy made dumb choices and had it coming. You try to kill a man and you fail, it's kind of fair play he kills you back.

That is a bummer but it makes sense.  I don't see where he fits in with anyone right now without awkwardly shoehorning him in.

I'm hoping Walt dies and the money sits there until the unit is auctioned of in one of those Storage Wars shows.

I'll take that over stuff happening and then being pointlessly drawn out over 10 or so episodes (with an equal lack of tension and pacing).

I doubt he would ever get any sympathy from her. She only cares about the welfare of kids.  Regardless of whatever abuse Walt has put Jesse through he's still part of what is a threat to them.  That said, while she would never be less cold toward him, I can see her eventually seeing him as an ally in taking Walt down.
