The argument of "who has the better graphics on consoles" is silly anyway, if you want the best graphics then there is really only one option. The PC.

Agreed, many/most restaurants I'm aware of do *not* pool tips. You get what you earn - incentives to do a good job... so, please do keep rewarding those servers you have who do a good job!
