Horrendous city mpg. Engine has to rev out to make power. It was not uncommon to see 18/19 mpg in that car if I was doing city driving, and that was while using the recommended 93 octane!

This.

The TSX gets terrible MPG (I saw under 20 mpg in city driving) and 93 is recommended. Similar MPG for the other optoins.

These are a tune and a few grand in bolt-ons away from supercar performance in the quarter mile. They are shockingly fast.

a sputtering half decade-old GTI

Did Turo once and never again. So many f-ing fees and the liability aspect is scary.

When you need high miles is when Turo makes the least amount of sense. I’ve never heard of a mile limit with the legacy rental companies.

Legendary roast. He talked more about it on The Smoking Tire podcast — he sat on this review for months because even he thought it was too harsh.

GM aren’t in the business of ethos, they’re in the business of making money. Porsche understand this.

There’s something the Vette isn’t giving customers to justify the higher price.
