It’s so hard to break a decade long habit. Though we all knew this was coming. See y’all on the flip side.

I sat in a new one after a few days of driving a TM3 — I was very impressed with the overall build quality.

95% of people with Mavericks right now paid sticker because they ordered at launch and waited in line. You don’t see those cars on Cargurus because they were sold 6 months ago before it was even built.

This was physically painful to watch.

My insurance provider and Amex explicitly do not cover vehicles rented on peer-to-peer services.

a sputtering half decade-old GTI

Did Turo once and never again. So many f-ing fees and the liability aspect is scary.

If you went on CarGurus and sorted by “lowest price first” — a sea of white Malibus would pop up (after you sorted through the Sparks and Miarages).

I owned a gen2 for about 6 months. It was heavy, slow, had poor city mpg, and had tons of weird little issues (sagging headliner, cracking speakers, shot motor mounts at 100k, AC compressor made of glass, dry rotted rubber around the door, clunky 5AT)

homie I owned one.
