Hope that Hertz deal goes through and makes Model 3 values crash. Very nice daily driver that I wouldn’t mind owning around the $25k mark.
Tax credit though makes it almost more economical to just buy a new Lightning for $32k instead.

Solar panels produce so little charge they’re hardly worth the weight they add. We’re talking maybe 2-4 miles of range after a day of sitting in direct sunlight.
There was a good “The Drive” article that interviewed someone at VW, don’t remember who it was.
Because nobody cares about hybrids, even if they’re cool.
Big Brain Idea: The EV C8 Vette that’s in the works should come out as an art deco styled Cadillac.
Needs to be EV — nobody will care otherwise.
I never understand why AA blames a “weather events” at their Dallas hub that seemingly never effect Southwest who operates at Love Field, like 15 miles away.
I’ll never forget how rude my AA desk agent was to me when I tried to get an explanation on why I had been sitting in the terminal for 1.5 days.
I mean, the cost of living in an area is often determined by pay of the people who live there.
Correct. Sequoia is moving to San Antonio and Tacoma is moving to Mexico during a planned retool in (I think) summer 22.
Taller vehicles decrease safety
Dude same. Spent like 30 minutes yesterday looking at their safety ads and “I lived” stories on their website.
brb omw to buy a Subaru for the new driver in the family.
And people still think Ford putting the Mustang name on their EV was a bad idea...
Nothing will take away the double double from me :(
SC motor chruns through transmissions between 150-200k. If she threw a SC motor into what looks like a pretty tired vehicle, I bet the trans will explode sooner rather than later.
OP needs a cheap Honda Fit.
That was a really cute commercial! I was worried it would be cringe but Subaru makes great ads.
More power does not equal less range in EVs...
Huh, the vice president of Lucid was the guy who designed the ND (2016+) Miata.
Weird lol.
Did you have two instances of a failure? I had one of those engines. 150k on it and it purred like a kitten. Never knew about the water pump issues till after I sold.
That 200hp car would have needed 2 miles to reach that speed. Modern cars (electric, mainly) can reach those speeds in blinks of an eye. Absolutely not comparable in the slightest.
