everyone and their mom knows this. But good luck getting a used car with a 550 fico.

Not sure why you dug this up, but sweet!
Yes. A “modern transmission” and “engine from this decade” will definitely get buyers in the door.
The reason Mitsu still exists is their ability/willingness to finance people with a -204 FICO.
why tf do people want manual windows. I drive with windows down 90% of the time and wind up windows in my NA was a pain in the ass.
Had one as a rental recently since it was like $18 for the day and I only needed it for a few hours.
Kinda need to give it a rest chief. You’re spending a lot of time talking out your ass on things that nobody aside some finance worker bees in Japan know about. We don’t know the margins on the Miata and we don’t know what their plans are.
This is what will happen. NA/NB shared platforms. NC was derived off the RX-8 so it wasn’t really from scratch either (it’s also the best Miata platform for racing, facts)
Reason #3840284586 to join literally any other branch.
They build the truck you want...
I too hate fun
I see more people whining about tesla than actual tesla fanboys around these parts.
hot take: I doubt the Corolla platform is that much heavier, maybe 100-200 lbs tops. Not enough to be a deal breaker.
Total bullshit and you know it. These cars can exist because they share a SIGNIFICANT amount of parts between their cheaper variants. This is like if Ford made an RS version of the Fiesta. Wildly different, but there’s still a Fiesta in there.
Dumbest fucking comment I’ve ever read.
Did the same thing in college with the grocery apps.
Depends on what you need. 4Runner is hard to beat from a cost-to-own perspective, even after fuel costs. I own one and love it, but I would never in a billion years pay $40k for one in 2020. A refresh is probably a year or two away.
Yes, if you drive at a steady downhill grade at a constant speed towing nothing, you can get 17-18mpg. Congrats.
4x4 4Runner which is far better appointed than this.
