Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) architecture- this and any system like it are major red flags for me. I never plan on owing a car with any remotely controlled software or features.

Neutral: The TLX looks good, the Integra, not so much. The problem is that the current version of the Civic is likely the best it has ever looked. It is very restrained and like a few previous generations, should age well.
This is a really good question and I’ll absolutely ask Porsche for the manual take rate. In the GT cars, I suspect it’s pretty high.
The Homer 2.0!
I think the new platform will be a hit if it stays close to the concept car, which looked both gorgeous and very production ready.
It would definitely be an end to cheap power...They may be able to do 50K$ starting price, but we’ll see. I also don’t feel comfortable giving people the keys to things that go 0 - 60 faster than thought, but I guess they’ve dialed in the wheelspin for fast EVs to near perfection.
This dovetails nicely with the fact that a new report shows that 50% of people making $100K/year live paycheck-to-paycheck
Max has been a petulant child of a driver his whole career, I don’t think he’s revitalized diddly squat, maybe reinvigorated entitled assholes of fans.
Except those same $200k+/year families also overextend themselves in every other aspect of their lives, and then complain that they don’t make enough. I hear so much whining from folks who make this level of money - when I point out their lifestyles, they get defensive and feel that they’re entitled to do what they do…
“What you consider a lot of money could be a non-issue to other people.”
My local credit union is currently charging a minimum of 5.53% on an 84-month loan, which has become disturbingly popular over the past several years. Sales tax in my state is 5.5%. Assuming you finance the taxes and fees, which a lot of people do, that gives you about $65k for a max budget if the cutoff is $1000/mo.
long ago ex turned in a rav4 a year early to lease a base 4 door taco. that bill was around $600, back in 2004. heard the truck was turned in because she couldnt afford 4 new tires.
I was going to say something about how shocking it is that Tesla and Tesla models weren’t toward the top of the list... but then I noticed that Tesla wasn’t included at all in their list of manufacturers. Being in and around Tesla community pages/forums, it’s really hard not to assume that most owners are…
Most of the ones I see here are used to haul equally oversized campers.... as in campers with built-in garages to haul a litter of dirt bikes. Its just insane to see what is seriously at least $150-$200k in one package rolling down the freeway. Driven by some dude who works construction and took out every line of…
I have another article coming tomorrow that expands on his Alfa role, including his mentorship! It honestly seems like he's actively enjoying his time with Alfa, which is nice to see after some real tense years.
3 years in seems to be the magic number in my area. The rich kids have moved on a that point and the first wave of used buyers have paid their premiums already. The trouble is when the 3rd year is the last year.
It’s actually not a terrible idea.
But I am Le Tired...
Dodge should just create a spinoff company that makes low volume Challengers and Chargers forever. This way it doesn’t mess with their emissions numbers and what not and Billy bob can still get his 2035 V8 hellcat Challenger.
