Guns belong should only be in the hands of people who are trained, responsible, and respectful of the lives of other human beings. Umm... that’s all legislation. Laws aren’t going to stop bad people from being bad people, they, at best, reduce the chance that when someone does do something terrible, you or another innocent person will die as a result. Reducing mortality rates is the end goal of this legislation...
