The girl from the lesbian couple is Tako, Adam's friend. We met her in the Crackcident episode from season one, where she told us about Adam's love for books.

I do get that, I just meant that some of them didn't feel specific enough. Annie hitting Jeff's car, Abed using Jeff's shower, Troy not sitting in the toilet seat after Jeff are other examples.
That was my impression but maybe I'm just nitpicking.
