I’d need to know more about your workout to really help.... But the part about eating enough to not get faint but then not being able to lose is the problem. You need carbs to grow muscle and it sounds like there’s a restriction in place for intake. Reduce your protien intake and boost your carbs... You need C6H12O6

I think this concern is overblown. Even with a genetic predisposition it’s going to take a lot of hours in the gym And a shit ton of carbs to build sizeable muscle. That can’t happen accidentally. You need calories to grow so unless you’re eating and extra 2K a day... Explosive growth is just not possible
