It is laughable that a new Golf beats the Q3 in every interior dimension. I can’t believe people covet the Audi luxury and AWD so much that they would spend $6k over a loaded Golf to be squeezed into something smaller.

Regarding your first point about inventory, I always make sure to check the date on the inspection sticker of cars I am interested in. This helps me figure out how long a car has been sitting on the lot. i have had good luck negotiating good deals on such cars.

My wife is on a contracted unlimited plan until 6/17. Since we are on a family share plan (no shared data) we use the upgrade transfer loophole to get new phones every two year without losing the unlimited data.

If there is an easy fix that VW liked (and assumed the consumers would like as well), wouldn’t they have installed it on the car to begin with?
