They don't have free healthcare, they have socialised healthcare. There's a difference, it often involves co-pays. We have socialised medicine in Australia and while hospital visits are covered by Medicare, prescriptions, GP visits and specialists have (sometimes HUGE, like 75% of the cost) co-pays.
