Women are shaped by the totality of their background, experiences, and personal preferences and are not fungible. Kind of of like men. It’s crazy!

I watched the first episode of Better Things and found it unfunny and depressing. Does it get better? (Atlanta remains on my to-watch list and I wish the internet guy would fix my damn internet already.)

I’d have sworn to fucking God that when I read his memoirs over a decade ago, he said it there. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills and am about ready to read it again just to see.

I hate the color but have better things to do than chastise strangers over wearing colors I don’t like. People who actually write e-mails to TV stations over anybody’s clothing need a fucking hobby.

That dress has a great cut.

It must be difficult to be so delicate and fragile that someone’s outfit shakes you to the core. Life is certainly very hard on that sensitive being.

Me, watching that: “Well, it’s Luther, so clearly something very bad’s about to happen. Is he going to break a window? Perhaps he’s hiding in the clos-BLLEEARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

And everyone who’s seen two or three movies from the 70s and 80s knows a halfway decent psycho will just cut the line anyway. :)

Big dogs are great security. It could be the sweetest, dopiest dog in the world but just the sight of a big dog will deter a lot of garden variety scumbags.

I think there are occasionally legit reasons to have a gun. Someone actively stalking you is one of those reasons, provided you also get trained in how to use it.

Don’t ever watch Luther, S3E1. I screamed at the TV.

Was that Evelyn Von Tillow, by any chance? Because fuck that vindictive bitch. It’s been 30 years, but fuck that vindictive bitch.

“You should hear what your doctors say about you.”

But how am I supposed to feel good about myself if I can’t mock where other people live?

“Scholarships!”
