And so many of these would-be junior investigative journalists completely ignored the fact that Fisher is a relative newcomer to the industry. He’s young. He has NO power. He is a black man in an industry not known for being awesome to black men. (Are any?) Like... OF FUCKING COURSE his approach to this was weird!

Also, I don’t think it’s odd for masks to keep being released. I plan on wearing a mask when I go out in public for the foreseeable future. Even once I get vaccinated and we reach herd immunity. The Japanese culture changed to include mask wearing after they were hit hard by SARS and they’re smart to do so. I think…

Sorry, not sorry, but spoliers’ embargoes only last 1 year. It’s almost two years (and an extended quarantine) since it was released.  ;-)

This looks terrible. I had no expectations starting that trailer and holy cow, it’s even worse than I thought.

A few things that would’ve made TLJ better:

He should’ve been give the keys for that whole trilogy so yeah, I’m hoping he gets his own trilogy.

I really do hope his next movie after these two is the SW movies. Trolls, racists, bots, and incels be damned.

Did Last Jedi have flaws, yes, but IMO the least amount of the entire sequel trilogy. Every time I rewatch it, the story and its strengths grow. 

But only at the last minute when the rest jumped at him from the periphery...

As long as it gets released in theaters (I assume they’ll do it for Oscar noms, if nothing else), I’ll cautiously laud Netflix for funding ‘em. Still perhaps my favorite theater experience of the past 10 years or so... 

not even really an Andre fan, but just watched this, and it’s delightful moments were really in how kind and tolerable people were of his antics. Major fit of laugher was the dude with Haddish as a jailbird (Haddish was a scene stealer).

He looks to have settled into comfortable, chilled out middle age. He seems a helluva lot less intense than he used to be and down for a lot more fun. Of course, having more than enough money to ever need to work again helps.

Time is already here for me.  I’m 53.  I picked something up today and did something to my back.  But it’s getting better, it only hurts when I move or breathe now.
