I think oils are one of the easiest to have multiple options of. I use olive oil for most of my cooking, canola oil for higher smoke points (and seasoning cast iron), ghee for some uses, peanut oil for other recipes, coconut oil in some of my baking for the flavour.

Shane Gillis has been making a reemergence lately, and unsurprisingly he’s still a trash person. He has some weird hatred for abortion- going so far as to say the insane Texas stuff is great and that he’d want more extreme methods to block abortion access.

The guy has real filmmaking talent, and several quality films to show for it, and his attempt at doing Adam West-era cheese feels so inauthentic.
