I don’t rule that out, there’s some possibility of that. I’d say it’s more to do with Netflix’s production constantly trying to reinvent the wheel.

I would’ve preferred Hasan Minaj’s or Michelle Wolfe’s shows over Lilly Singh’s- how her show can survive longer than either of theirs is bizarre.
“Shock value” Mark Millar is the exact thing that I disliked from his stuff.
Maybe he’s learned how to write a story arc since I’ve written him off, because his contributions to the Ultimate universe was horrendous dogshit, as well as the limited series Wanted.
I’ve read more Mark Millar than I’d like to, and more than enough to really wonder why he still gets work.
It’s such an easy fix too- just replace “racist” with “absolutely idiotic”. The comments in question certainly weren’t racist, but that man is an imbecile to choose his words as he did, as a person alive today, let alone as a host of a major network show. The idea that a plantation theme is not completely unacceptable…
It should be held as a universal rule- you think you sound badass with your “fuck your feelings”, but you will always seem as pathetic and small as Ben Shapiro does. All that sentiment should signal is that the offender’s temperament is to delicate to register an intelligent thought towards being empathy.
Lol, I think Ted Cruz deserves to spend a week in a dank, gusty house with nothing to keep him warm but a box of matches (with no striking strip), and water under boil notice.
The idea calling a podcast “Renegades”, one hosted by one of the most formative rockstars alive today, and the two-term president that has coordinated DNC endorsements to block some candidates and nominate his preferred, is some hilariously stupid shit.
Or Al Jean, that guy loves the taste of his own foot.
Not only did his opinion vastly differ from those like Jenny Slate and Kristen Bell
I appreciate the “unseasoned” pun, but let’s be serious- another so-white awards season will still have plenty of salt.
Y’know, I’ve got a Veep-shaped hole in my life nowadays, so I’m happy to see that the sheer stupidity that made that show so entertaining still happens in the real world, albeit infinitely less fun in execution.
Haha god, if we have to go through this with each chud that joins each new platform, year after year...
To make it worse- looks like we get to revisit this trend frequently, as we went through this stupid conspiracy veeeery recently.
The perpetual underdog to AMC & FX, that got big recognition with its Spartacus success years ago.
The name “Reine Swart” sounds like somebody stole a bunch of the letters from “Loreine Stewart”.
Dawn of the Dead held a special place in my heart, it introduced me to a bunch of great actors (Sarah Polley, and the second time I saw Ving Rhames after Mission Impossible), but sadly it is far from apolitical- it very much ties into Snyder’s weird, slightly gross politics. Definitely the least compared to his…
I had fond memories of the opening, but rewatching it- boy howdy does Snyder make some weird choices in there. Like starting the opening with the shot of Muslims in prayer, followed by horrific imagery of the zombie infection. He certainly did carry through the traditional political imagery that Romero had in his…
No harm! Back at you too.
