Not really, you'll find that in most cases, the provider - I'm lumping in ISPs & Web site operators - has to be dragged into court, as they'd rather see users go to court over message content. See DMCA takedowns for example. Most providers don't want to police what is on their servers as they would be responsible for

Yeah, you as an individual user could take an action against another user. Having said that, I only can recall evidence being used like that for a restraining order action.

Really generally speaking (big ass disclaimer), Internet users generally don't get in trouble by the content of their messages but by violating a Terms of Service by subverting or misusing servers/technical resources (i.e. most of the anti-spam laws work this way, for example) .

The other team was from NewARK, Delaware. Not NJ.

Just a thought from someone whose Internet time in online communities can be measured by decades... Conversely to what people are suggesting, I don't think you want to IP ban, as all that will happen is an arms race of using anonymizing proxy services to sign up. I am actually surprised there isn't an up/down vote on

No, you meant Bryn Mawr, c'mon.

Sooo, are Jez authors accepting tips on the weird shit on Tinder that we see? Because I'm sure most of us on there have some great screenshots.

A text convo sure, you can fake that. But, meh, I'm on Tinder too and have seen some very fucking weird dudes on it. This convo doesn't surprise me in the least.

I went from a size 4 to an 8 in the past few years due to gettin' older yo. I don't mind the weight per se and I love how I now have boobs, but it kills me that I have good pieces I can't wear without spanx. That, and I just like having a pair under my dress/skirt, ok?

Sorry, but this needed to be punctuated by Cliff Lee's enthusiastic fart.

Do you have a brother or two?

To be fair, and I've been on my share of crappy, confusing first dates...she was shocked...and remember a mutual friend had set her up, it wasn't an online date.

Another thing I do before deciding on first dates is use the whitepages.com app and reverse lookup the number to get the guy's first & last name (if I've met him online) and then I start my research. Most of the time it's the fella in question, occasionally it will be the work phone and once or twice the phone was

YES, also...to creep a person's LinkedIn while /not/ logged in, here's the Google search I use: "first name", "last name (if known)", "closest city", "industry*", "title*", "employer*", linkedin.com

Hey, I know that SIL...*ahem* I could only stand a few of the little kid birthdays that turned into spectacles for her friends and coworkers. I've been skipping the most recent ones saying that I don't have little kids.

^^^ All this above and the fact she looks like she could possibly be a long lost relative of mine.

I am Italian and I laughed...you happy?

I'm going to be an empty nester at 42. This is what having a kid young does to you.

You should see the stay at home moms where I live...ooof. Yoga/pilates/crossfit in the morning, lunch out on the regular, nap and then the kids come home.
