If this bill is written as badly as it sounds (I’m sure it is), they probably didn’t define HOW much free gasoline or diesel need be available.

The purpose of these joke bills is to draw attention to themselves. Better off ignoring them, like one would do with a 3 year old having a tantrum.

It would protect their campaign war chest funds from big oil. 

This totally ignores the value of your time and wear and tear on a vehicle.

The dumb ones will be selling their trucks, houses, and toys for pennies on the dollar in a few years.

For real. We’re about to see a new round of 19-year-olds with brand new, lifted HD pickups, news dirt bikes/snow machines, and an inventory of flat-bill hats.

You’d either say US/Canada border or Ontario/New York (State) border. Using Canada/New York doesn’t make sense, just like Ontario/US border would be odd.

Considering that petroleum fuelled vehicles are basically always on fire (there were over 200,000 car fires in the USA in 2018), the couple dozen Bolt fires are being blown WAY out of proportion.
