Not abuse. You’re reaching.

Have you actually watched the Beyond Stranger Things episode in question? Or just read this recap that’s really reaching, to put it lightly.

If they added it post-script because they felt it would facilitate the scene, and gave Sink time to digest the addition, that would be one thing, but if they specifically did it to make Sink feel uncomfortable then that is a big dick move.

Holy cow, are we making an issue out of this? I saw the Beyond Stranger Things episode myself and Sadie was embarrassed, but not traumatized. If you get a job in Hollywood you eventually have to pretend to kiss people you don’t love in real life. It’s how acting works. Quit grasping at straws just because you’re

It certainly did me. It has forced me to re-evaluate a lot of my previous interactions with women. It has also made me realize I need to be exceedingly proactive in teaching my son about consent, boundaries, accountability, etc.

I hope this makes some of those “good men” try to remember the things they have forgotten. I hope that realizing you are an unself-aware part of the solution is still part of the problem. It certainly had that effect on me.

See literally any other shooter on the market.

I hope not. I don’t want Blizzard wasting time balancing and fixing a game mode that goes against the core philosophy of overwatch. If I wanted to play deathmatch I would play any other shooter on the market.

I expect free-for-all deathmatch to die a lonely death, but certainly not team deathmatch. The problem with trying to put any sort of free-for-all mode in Overwatch is that literally every character is fundamentally designed around team dynamics. You’re not going to have a good time with, well, most of the characters

I’m looking forward to being able to jump into a game mode where everything doesn’t rely so heavily on teamplay. As fun as Overwatch is, there are times when it gets really frustrating and I’d rather not have to deal with random people running around like idiots.

That’s probably not a very likely expectation.

I wouldn’t consider it dead just yet, but yeah Blizzard took a pretty big bite.

Even with its flaws, it’s still a nice change of pace. I’m expecting for there to be some sort of competetive version of it once Blizzard has worked out all the kinks.

Kill credit is borked, healers are useless, and a Pharah main will fuck up everybody’s day. Sounds like my experience. Eagerly awaiting Jeff Kaplan’s “Be Careful What You Wish For” post-mortem video as this one dies in PTR.

It seems like the game client said “it stuck” but the server said “you missed” and the bomb went past him. You can see the yellow explosion happen behind 76.

In many shooters, visual indicators of hits are displayed client-side, and actual hits are registered server side, and there can be a discrepancy if your latency is high enough. Which is [supposedly] why you can see like 10 blood spatters on a guy you’re shooting in PUBG and still not kill them.

It will definitely be interesting to see Doomfist released and all the weird things people do with him! I’m sure there’s some kind of surprise hero synergy or strategy that hasn’t been discovered yet, just waiting to happen.

I love hearing about Meta Athena. They always go for some weird stuff and usually it works out.

The movie already has a diverse cast. How can it possibly do better? By having a 33 year old play someone half his age?

2015/2016: Hollywood/Oscars so white!
