I’ve rooted/rommed my last 4 android phones...but the Note 4 is locked, at least Verizon/AT&T. None of the other Galaxy phones are. I’m keeping my hopes up that someone finds a way, but it’s not looking good.
The words you are looking for are won’t in place of can’t, murder in place of kill (shows intent), and will in place of can. Robots can in fact kill you, and claiming they can’t is dangerous (see manufacturing robot regulations and safety standards).

Yes to taping/gluing a magnet to your skin to feel the experience. It will be a lot weaker than if it were implanted.
Get them done by professionalls (body mod artists that have done implants before, high quality tattoo shops usually have one) and the rejection rate is significantly lower. Honestly, because the procedures are done differently by each person and every body accepts it differently you can’t just give percentages.
