I think Jana is one of the five girls. I think that Jana was impregnated by Josh at some point, and gave birth to Justin. Michelle and Jim Bob are raising him as their own but Jana will never be free to leave until Justin has age out of the house and by then she’ll be an ‘old maid’ anyway.
