I’ve only bought Dodges from a dealership. In 2006 I had to pull the “get me my fucking keys” line so I could leave after they insulted me with a terrible offer on my trade in.

And they like to talk about how Biden is a creep. Look at this fucking weirdo.
Last spring I finally cleaned my garage out and bought 2 large shelving units from Sam’s Club for my storage, but building something custom like this would have been a lot better, and with the shelves being less “deep” I would have had a lot more room to use.
I like your wheel/tire storage idea.
Also....keep the Audi…
$4500 is a little steep for this. Half that price it would be a hell of a fun summer car.
Also, that’s a wastegate pipe sticking through the hood, not a blowoff valve.
It’s actually a wastegate pipe through the hood, it’s a pre-turbo exhaust based pressure release to regulate boost pressure.
I really don’t like these slideshows, I just read the comments on the other article.
Winter weather is as normal as can be in south PA. A free dodge neon with slightly used General Arctic Altimax snow tires is a beast in the unplowed snow on my road. Our 130ish year old house is using 25-30 gallons of heating oil…
My family’s income is above the average household income for sure, but until there’s a mid 20’s option, all Tesla’s are well out of my price range. And the model Y is rather ugly.
20 bucks is 20 bucks
I prefaced mine with “suck my dick” because I was a dumbass 19 year old kid.
Take your star and leave lmao
Dealerships when they’re busy want as many sales as possible. So if they’re playing the ‘hide the keys bit’ screaming “suck my dick I want my fucking keys” usually ends whatever situation you’re in.
I’m driving a free dodge neon to work right now. Theres no way on earth I could justify or afford an $80k car with a payment almost as much as my mortgage.
Whenever I think of a model S, I don’t think of the “$69,420” version, but a loaded P100D, plaid or plaid+ version, mostly since that’s what I see on my commute to Northern Virginia/DC.
I’ve never really slept a lot, so getting 5-6 hours a night isn’t bad for me. Leave my house by 0430, usually home by 1530, 1630 on bad days. It’s not for everyone, but it works for me.
I’d love a $25k EV. Give it 180 miles of range so I can use it on my commute and I’d be happy as hell. But Christ almighty I want some analog cluster gauges and knobs to work my HVAC system. And I really don’t want to be a Tesla owner since a lot of them are zealots....although it would be hilarious with my hillbilly…
I have zero interest in expensive watches or cars.
I really hate most modern car interiors. My PT cruiser got totaled December of 2019 and I had to drive a 2019 Maxima for 2 weeks until I got paid. I hated it. The center console was so large and bulbous it was annoyingly in the way all the time. The radio interface was trash and the lack of knobs bothered me. I ended…
I did this in my mom’s Kia, with her in the car while thinking I was going to “downshift” for an on ramp. I managed to lock the brakes up, get the car sideways and enter the on ramp sideways. It would have been really really cool if it wasn’t horrifying.
I’ll hopefully still have my 89 Caravan, 87 LeBaron, and my NYG neon. I don’t currently own anything newer than an 04 Neon so who knows what I’ll even be driving in 5-10 years. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to EV swap some of these things to keep them on the road, or atleast use around town.
Went from dealing with a greasy salesman who’s trying to pull the old bait and switch with a DAL-e Parton who’s going to pull a bait and switch.
