Lol yep. In 2008 I short shifted my way to 40 mpg around town and 45 mpg on the highway in my dodge neon because gas was $4.50 a gallon and I didn’t make a lot of money. Car wasn’t stock and ran pretty well at the drag strip, but day to day I drove like a grandma for gas mileage. 

A few years ago a bunch of the Consuliers were for sale for $30k or less. Now they’re 3X as much. A childhood super car is slipping from my grasp again.

I’m actually rather excited for this. I bought my house 2 years ago and had 100 amps of service ran to my garage. Mainly for tools but I can have it wired to be a dedicated car charger too. I have a 140 mile round trip commute. As long as I remember to plug it in when I get home I’ll have zero issues. 

I’d rather run Walmart SuperTech for about the same price. The only downside is having to actually go inside of Walmart.

I base my pickup truck purchases on how they can tow. That being said, I currently do my towing with a 5 speed v6 caravan. I’m really curious how well this truck would tow. 

I have hands and I’m entirely capable of fixing them. I just want it to be able to combo as a tow vehicle. So I don’t have a single use vehicle around. 

70’s RV’s didn’t do too great since they were overloaded already and that’s what I like the style of and have the budget for. 

I’ve had 10 dodge neons, 2 of them being SRT-4’s. I love my SRT as much as any other neon owner.
