Good troll.
Good troll.
The newer v6's are pretty crazy. It was a manual as well.
Im sorry, it was a 2011 v6 Mustang. The v6 went 13.8, not the v8 one.
Realistically a '13 v6 Mustang would school anything from the 60's. My buddy had a stock 5 speed '06 that went 13.8 in the 1/4 mile. I can only imagine the newer ones are faster.
I would love to see this go against a similarly modified porshe/alfa from the same time period.
In torque we trust is supposed to be funny. Compared to a 60's era Porsche it would be demolition. I like your condescending comments though.
Looks like I'll keep my beaters, just in case I want to commit crimes. Going to convert my neon to use a magneto and carburetor with a mechanical fuel pump. Tinfoil hats ahoy.
A turbo spiritwas no slouch in it's era. Definitely faster than what most imports were at the time along with having factory support. I think it looks great for an 89. On par with anything from that era. And more interesting than a shuttle, no, but a funny commercial? Hell yes.
I love k cars. I bought my wife an 89 reliant sedan to drive for about a year when she got pregnant and her knees started bothering her. All we had to drive was our 5 speed minivan and my 5 speed slammed neon. She didnt like the looks of it too much but it was a great car. I drove it for some time before it started…
Kanye always looks depressed and lost.
Sorry I didn't expand on this post.
Fucking deer.
Plus labor, meh.
Or the fact that my 95 neon passed a tail pipe test with no cat installed....
Currently thinking about my daily driver minivan with the cat cut out of it since the stock cat separated and jammed in sideways. Converters should be lifetime covered but they aren't, so $20 for a piece of pipe welded in was a lot cheaper than a couple hundred bucks for a converter on a 21 year old minivan with rust…
Don't touch the outside at all. 440 mopar with a centrifugal blower or a twin turbo setup. Maybe a 6.1 new hemi with twins and a manual trans. Regardless the outside has to stay how it is.
I meet a lot of my buddies by having a car hobby. Making friends is really easy if you have common interests.
I did send @Chevrolet on twitter a link to the last article. Wonder if I helped any? I hope I did.
Author of the article is not a true Jalop.
Or family had a 97 intrepid sport with the 3.5 v6. It was great, drove excellent, rode nice, handled well for a heavy fwd car, would roast the tires off a dig, and survived 140k miles through 2 teenaged drivers. I miss that car a lot and often.
