By Texas penal code, relation does not matter actually.

It wouldn’t in the least bit surprise me if he built it, then put in top floor penthouse units to rent out.
Different standards, they are held by a higher one unfortunately and the law is designed that way. By the same token, me dragging my screaming kid out of Target usually illicits cheers from shoppers, not assault charges haha!
I’m not disagreeing with you, and I can’t speak to police and how they view things. He himself admitted her tone and responses to a threat of being jailed (“OK OK!”) led him to that response. I’ve never defended him nor the neighbor’s actions, and assault cases are unfortunately on a case to case basis.
Reread his report, his actions had much to do with her tone KNOWING she also had three outstanding warrants as he drove there. I’m not justifying his tasering, etc. just that his frame of mind changed based on his “concept of her character”, right or wrong.
I don’t argue his tactics were wrong, if you read my original quote it pertained to the plausability of not being “choked”. Everything after that was 100% not protocol IMHO.
Like the cop stated, it makes ZERO sense that a guy painting his fence would out of nowhere both accuse then assault the kid! He thought it was paper, it turned out to be raisins...which he had on him and were found on the ground...by the painted fence. He overreacted to something trivial, no need to start…
It says nothing about me, I’ve NEVER ONCE defending his actions, nor did the cop per his report. I pointed out that the mother immediately didn’t believe the neighbor (“he can’t prove to me my son littered”) despite not even being there, then took issue with the cop telling her how to raise/punish her child...all…
I didn’t disregard ANYTHING!! YOU stated “ also don’t understand why you re claiming she said her son did NOT litter. She never made that claim at all.”
I don’t deny that, I can’t answer as to why he didn’t at least give him a citation or order to appear...
True, I think though it is a case by case basis as to whether it is serious or overreaching (he intimated as much in his report that other calls of choking were exaggerated). Many times cops are called to fistfights and people don’t get arrested, I’m not sure how rough he was with the kid, and maybe the cop (who said…
Great soundtrack though...
I’d much rather she never win a Tony so she would be perfectly matched with “EGO”!
She didn’t call the cops first, right at the start of the video she states she confronted him. He also called police, as noted in the police report as to why he was interviewed first. You then quote me and respond based on his REACTION to an action, yet gloss over the fact that the woman herself didn’t even believe…
You bring nothing to the conversation, but I’m sure you know that already...
At 1:52 of the video: “he can’t prove to me my son littered”. And per his interview with the neighbor ON THE REPORT:
See, his plan to keep Mexicans out is already working!
Not sure that would’ve even mattered honestly, she currently had three warrants out on her, is seen at 1:52 on video not even beleieving him that her son littered. Again, nowhere do I state he was justified touching him, and the cop wrote the same, he didn’t file charges because he couldn’t confirmed the actual…
He already stated WHY he was behaving this way: she had three outstanding warrants on her, and you clearly see from the video that she was the only one irate. Secondly, she clearly stated “he can’t prove to me my son littered” at 1:52.
Keep up? You aren’t even winning!
