Jack as Tracy while Tracy eats jellybeans: BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF AMERICA! BE GREAT!

I do this with Friends and Silicon Valley and Parks and Rec and Master of None and others. I used to read before bed every night. But I had a health scare that made night terrors a very real thing, and so I needed something more distracting than a book in order to remain calm and not filled with tremendous fear, so

“Listen up, fives! A ten is speaking!”

HerRoyalRedness is our official Sebastian Stan gif supplier and I am HERE FOR IT!

As I was reading this, I was thinking. . . how much would it cost to buy the series on iTunes?

First of all, Lucille, your name. (Italian chef kiss)

There’s never a wrong time to use Sebastian Stan gifs!

Your experience definitely struck a chord with me, and from reading the other replies, a lot of other people as well. Something about that show, and knowing that it would always be there, helped. I don’t know how else to describe it.

Around the same time I was dealing with some serious depression and anxiety, and I also used 30 Rock to help me fall asleep. There was something about watching this show that I found, and still find, very comforting. I am actually truly sad that it is being taken off Netflix.

I bought a BLACK apartment.

Did you read Bossy Pants? It’s great.

This is a perfect description of how I use 30 Rock too. Esp for post-election distress and insomnia.

God, so many. “Cleveland” is up there, but really all of the first season is a masterpiece. But then there was this moment, which, tears:

Me too. This show has rocked me to sleep for years. I’m so bummed it’ll no longer be available to stream.

Sandwich Day (“I will cut your face up so bad you’ll have a chin... you’ll all have chins!”) and Queen of Jordan 2 (“rude!”)

I also use rewatching 30 Rock to help with depression, and am similarly freaking out.

THEN WHAT IS EVEN THE FUCKING POINT OF OWNING NETFLIX??

The live episodes. Also Reaganing. The thing with the Carvel ice cream cakes and Frasier and Jenna beating Kenneth out of The Best Friends Gang makes me howl and that episode produced one of my favorite Liz Lemon quotes. NO TOM JONES, NO!

30 Rock for sure got me through some depressive stuff.

I spent many all nighters with a colicky newborn laugh crying at 30 rock. Cheers.
