This really needs to stop. We’ve all done or said something stupid or offensive at some point in our lives. I read this line, I think it’s from a book a few people might have heard of, “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.” No one on this earth should be throwing rocks. We are all problematic.

Same! I’m a big time Shakespeare nerd now, and this movie was what started it all. I was 12 when it came out, so the only Shakespeare I’d read was A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which I enjoyed but didn’t really grab me. Young Leonardo DiCaprio, however, did.

I was obsessed with Tom Cruise when I was 12, so my parents agreed to take me to see Jerry Maguire. The movie OPENS with a sex scene. I think the very first line of the film is Kelly Preston shouting “Fuck me!” I was so traumatized.

We were friends in college, and I don’t think I ever would have categorized him as shy- he was always so quick with a joke!- but now that you’ve said it, I see how perfectly that fits. Also I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s gotten progressively more reserved as his fame has increased.
