I think there must be a “stupidest blogger award”. It’s a fierce competition between Raph, Erik, and Bradley.

As a Miata owner, the Miata.  With 200hp, it would be about perfect.

Erik, car enthusiast: “Get these damn cars off my lawn so I can play a round of golf at a course with a greens fee higher than the total value of my car.”

“Some Nazi car won the top prize at Pebble this year, which Raph wrote an excellent blog about yesterday, the responses to which were extremely telling and were really more evidence that we should probably crush every car made before the mid-’80s, save for one example each to show future generations.”

we should probably crush every car made before the mid-’80s

“Get these amazingly crafted moving works of art out of there so that we can play an old rich person sport”

It’s definitely an interesting question. I’ve lived with an FRS as my primary vehicle for 7 years now, so it does the grocery getting, hardware store trips (no 4x8s obviously), road trips, the whole thing. Yes, a car designed to Hitler’s personal specifications, and who’s original purposed was to finance the Nazi war machine.

Have you looked at our caps lately? They've got skulls on them

What a gorgeous car, yet here we are with this “article”.

This “article” is such a dumpster fire I don’t even know where to start, so I won’t even try. Just...wow.

Don’t you own a Nazi-designed Beetle?

3rd gear. I think its a pretty cynical take the people behind business exist purely to fleece investors. Good business people know that sustained business is good for business and investors. That being said, loan backed securities based business model? I can’t see anything going wrong with that.....

I have a ‘70s Lotus. When it’s not in the shop, it’s driven daily... back to the shop.

But this is exactly the problem for the Tesla and to the benefit of the other manufacturers. Tesla is working with the ‘leading edge’, early adopter purchasers. The people that want to be seen to have an EV. As EVs become mainstream that luster is going to wear off - or, frankly, be undesirable for a lot of people who
