The EL-1 weighs about 3,700 pounds, owed to a “super-light and proven carbon monocoque,

What your explaining is called a bribe. Is that so much better?

For Toyota this is Germany 1928.

so what exactly do they stand to lose by saying a politician who doesn’t support democracy in America isn’t getting cash?

They aren’t donating money to show support of a candidate, they probably even donated to the candidates opponent unless it was a district that was impossible for the opponent to win. They donate to buy favor from the candidate. When it comes time to vote on a bill that impacts Toyota’s business, Toyota’s lobbyists

It’s probably important to note that Toyota gave a lot of money to a lot of people, not just those 37 senators. This $55,000 y’all are getting so worked up about is less than 5% of the money Toyota’s PAC gave to candidates in 2020 (assuming we are talking about 2020 money here). Of the $1,161,642 given to candidates

Toyota seem so far behind in electric vehicles

Have you ever been charged by a gas station for not moving your car within 5 minutes of filling up?

There was just one problem: if you didn’t return to your Tesla immediately after it had completed charging, you’d be charged a “Supercharger fee,”

You absolutely couldn’t say that about the LX. The 200 series is one of the most solid vehicles on the planet.

Even if there is no one behind you, if the pumps are full, you should move. Most gas stations have 2 dozen or so pumps, people fill their tanks in a few minutes, and maybe go in the store for a few minutes. Chances are one of the pumps will open in a minute or two, or I can go across the street to another gas station.

I don’t disagree with that, but Jerome Guillen, the president of Heavy Duty Trucking, leaving and selling all of his shares makes me think something is wrong with the Semi, Panasonic selling their shares makes me think that something might be the 4680 cells. The Semi is dependent on the 4680s going into production,

LiDAR is for pedos.

IMO, the Integra isn’t a good comparison, because Acura isn’t on par with Lexus as a luxury brand.

The Prius feels no where near as economy as the 86/BRZ. The twins feel like a tin can in comparison.

Yeah, that lawsuit isn’t going anywhere. They are still providing the charging for free, and that’s what was promised.

2nd: I can’t help but link the proximity of Panasonic selling their Tesla shares to Jerome Guillen leaving Tesla and selling all of his shares. It’s not normal for major investors or executives to cut and run, it’s alarming. Maybe its a coincidence, maybe not.

Anyone that believes this rumor has never been in an 86/BRZ. They have an economy feel to them that isn’t fitting for Lexus’s premium branding, IMO.

Four made me lose interest in the series and I haven’t watched any of the others. Are you saying they get better?

That’s not an attractive car, but at least it’s less unattractive than the outgoing generation.
