This could be credibly read as an examination of how South Park’s “you’re an idiot for caring” attitude has influenced some of the worst aspects of modern culture. This is a REALLY long article that could have been summarized “Twitch wants more money. Streamers think it sucks, and throw fit. Everyone wakes up remembering we’re in a capitalist society.”

Must’ve missed the part of the article that mentions CD Project Red being racially motivated to make this tweet. Sounds like you have no problem attacking white males on an article that has nothing to do with race though. Nice double standard.

I’m not about to join the army or marine corps, but they’re just having fun, don’t you think? Put yourself in their editor’s shoes. I really think it’s just the social media team having some fun while doing their job. Plus you wrote an article about it, so even if it was *just* a marketing ploy, it certainly worked.

As a combat veteran, I can assure you this isn't the case. It's much more like Arma or Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising. 

Some of my fondest memories in games are when these types of events are ruined by someone accidentally hitting a button.
