Not, “I’m especially good at expectorating” ?

I don’t get that, either. And I don’t really agree with his description of Williams’ brand of humor. I remember listening to his first album, Reality, What a Concept!, and falling over laughing. I can still remember bits of it to this day: “Cocaine is God’s way of saying you’re making too much damned money!”

They just had to do the box! I saw in the distance and thought, there’s no way they’re going to pass this up. Brilliant work.

That has got to be officially the world’s biggest middle finger.

Wikipedia says the Cherry line included the E10 and the F10. I know the F10 was the first front wheel drive car Nissan built, so I’m guessing the E10 was rear wheel drive.

The Science Patrol cosplayer is a real Ultraman fan. I recognize the limited edition Proplica props he’s used to make his costume look authentic.
I’ve been thinking of doing the same thing, but I can’t figure out how to do the damned helmet affordably.

I BRAKE FOR OS 8!

It seems to be traveling on a flat, level surface. Wouldn’t something with wheels be cheaper and quicker?

That was so good I came out and lined up to see it again. And I still have most of the stuff I bought in the souvenir shop. My Cyberdyne mug is my favorite.

My 1040ST (with external 20 MB hard drive) was a great gaming rig for the time. Joysticks plugged straight into the mouse ports, and you could network them together through the MIDI ports.

Or you could go old school and rock the orange version:

I agree. I saw that and immediately asked myself, “Did Hickman leave Marvel and I missed something?”

I’d never heard of that. Interesting. Horrible, but interesting.

There’s got to be something about animators. Chuck Jones was working into his 90s, and Hayao Miyazaki has retired how many times now? He’s currently working on his next feature.

This was my favorite, because my boss at the time was named Doug:

Oh! I have a signed copy of that, from Larsen’s only book tour. Well, half a book tour. Half way through, he decided he didn’t like the traveling, gave up, and went home. I imagine a signed Larsen book is a pretty rare thing.

Now playing

Ben Burtt recorded the blaster sound for Star Wars by hitting the guy wire of an antenna tower with a hammer.

Wow! What a way to end it! Not with a cliffhanger, but mid-scene! I really hope it’s renewed now. If you’re watching it and finding it slow, it accelerates as it goes, episode 10 moves at machine gun pace.

I hope the cockpit floods with LCL, for the realistic experience.

I don’t think anything can top the Lotus John Player Special.
