Last Try: If you want this functionality, consider a Dell Vostro V131. It's an ultrabook with a netbook pricetag. I have lived with its predecessor for 18 months (the V13) and the only thing I missed was HDMI. The V131 has hdmi. And even better battery.

But why not include the CURRENTLY EXISTING entry from one of the largest PC mfr/distributors (Dell).

What the hell happened to the Vostro V13/130/131? Also, did you start at $900 min because that makes the Air seem less overpriced?

anyone know how well it handles pdf? I.e. what are the zooming options for journal articles?

honestly, the best thing about this car is the name. Well, if they had actually remembered the "i" so it could be pronounced by human beings:

No, he should not work for free. He should, however, contribute to your education in good faith.

oh, and it must be touch screen and responsive. Essentially make the interface exactly like paper, make it cheap enough that it is a no-brainer.

More important: Price

So, what you really mean is that e-ink needs to be better - like exactly what electrowetting or mirasol displays are (they may be the same or similar, I am not sure just now with the data i have on hand).

@waclark57: Specs: Plays television and hooks straight into my computer at 1920x1080. Does not wash my car or shovel snow.

and this is better than a vostro v13/ Latitude 13 because.....

My 42" 1080p everything (all inputs), 4 HDMI port TV cost me $565 shipped to my door 18 months ago. $1100 is a terrible deal

I have long dreamed of the day when space transit will be as easy, comfortable, reliable, and hassle-free as air travel.

6. Tom's Shoes, $~44: They look nice, they're cheap, and when you buy a pair a kid in South America gets a pair too. Hippie hat trick. [Toms]

wait, this article is focusing on the wrong line item:

bleh, by 2030 if we don't have spaceplanes (no, not dogfighting) then f everything

@A Flock of Smegal's: Bam! Chitty fly on magic and wonder, not on an overdose of proselytizing

The question is, can you maintain your pagan religion and still fly this car? or is there a "saved" switch you need to flip to fly?
